Methods to cleanse the brain and of toxins

What all are you doing for detoxing? That's the best way to deal with brain fog.

Have you tried using a binder like Activated charcoal or others? You may need to increase your daily detoxing overall too. Brain fog seems "hard to reach" at times, especially if we aren't doing enough daily detoxing. At least that's been my experience.

Well, then they likely won't appreciate you using any binders, as they all will have that kind of effect. I would encourage you to bring the subject back up with them, or just start increasing the number of daily detoxing routines you add in to see if you can get the brain fog lowered.

I thought binders only flushed out what was in your digestive system - stomach/small intestine...maybe large intestine?


The long half - life of azithromycin refers to blood levels.

A doubt if a binder pulls from the blood stream....or we wouldn't be able to take one with any antibiotics. As many have a half-life of more than a couple of hours.... minocycline is 11-16 hours.
Mepron is 23 hours.... Ceftin 3-4 hours.
