Hi there,
I'd really like to try Neem, as I've read good things about
it re: gut infections, but I've also read it should be potentially avoided in those who struggle with hypoglycemia (i.e. people with adrenal fatigue etc.).
I was just wondering how tolerable people here found it?

I used it as part of my Lyme and Bart treatments and didn't have much trouble with it, but I don't suffer horribly from hypoglycemia, although I did have severe adrenal issues while I was using it. I did use it at fairly low doses though, and it was only part of many herbs I was using at the time.

Okay, thanks! I think I'll cautiously try a low dose tonight before bed.

And it also negatively affects thyroid conversion which is why I didn't try it.

Looks like it's dose-dependent.
