Question about bite site

If anyone is still awake....
My bite site never had a rash at all but just looks like a little red bump. Now it looks like it has a little bit of a whitehead (like a pimple). I'm wondering if I should pop it...? That may seem like a silly question, but it seems like that fluid needs to come out...? Any thoughts?

Personally I would leave it - I mean not pop it - just so as to avoid secondary infection ( you know like can happen if you pop a regular spot?)

I would avoid cortisone personally, just because that's what the chemist gave me to put on mine (I did have a rash but neither the pharmasist nor I knew what it meant) and that made it a million times worse (I had used cortisone cream in the past without any problems so I don't think it was just sensitivity) . It may not be the same with yours since you don't have a rash, but I would still urge caution there, just to be safe.
