Swollen glands under chin...herx?

Anybody get swollen/tender glands under the chin when herxing?
This is the first time I've had or noticed swollen glands in a while. No fever yet or anything. Wondering if this is a herx it's my 4th week on minocycline and have been on Zithromax for months.
Let me know your thoughts!!

I have the same thing going on. They are not swollen bad, just sore. I thought it was Lymph, and had been doing self lymph massage, but nothing is helping. I also have that sour tingling feeling under my tongue, like the feeling you get before you are going to throw up, that started at the same time.

Sounds like a classic herx, to me. Bart loves to hide in the glads, especially around head/neck. The glands at the base of the skill and around neck got very swollen and sore when I started bart tx.

Do you also have any high viral loads or have you been tested for any? I had chronic mono (symptom of Epstein Barr virus) in my teens/20s and the glands under the chin and in front of ear were always swollen…

Detoxing is important. Red root is great for helping to keep lymphatic functions moving the infection better through and out of the body more effectively and this helps reduce the swelling. Dry brushing helps, too (look online for good directions). And a warm washcloth can sometimes help, too.

I get them periodically. I'm on a break but I have researched and been told that jumping on a small trampoline helps the gunk moving out of the lymph nodes. I do it and it really seems to make it better. Of course, I can only jump 100 times at a time so I do it frequently throughout the day.

My glands get swollen under my chin when I am herxing too. I have a vibration exercixe machine and that always helps. No effort involved with this one.
I take nettle tea and cleavers. It clears up a fair bit once things have settled down.

Red root and Japanese Knotweed helped my swollen lymph glands.

I think you might just have to try "stuff" until you find what works for you.

I also have heard about the mini trampoline or rebounder as being a help for a sluggish lymph system.
