How long should I wait, to maximize their effectiveness? I know it's a problem, if you eat them with food. What's a safe amount of time to wait?
I haven't taken Serrapeptase or anything like that for awhile, and that was always my biggest problem before. I'd take some, then start eating like 10 minutes later.

I like to give them 2 hours on either side.
i've also read an hour before food or two hours after.
Noooooo 10 minutes isn't good...

Yeah, I was just reading an article about
chronic sinus infections where they mentioned the biofilm factor. Thirty minutes to an hour beforehand, and at least two hours after a meal.
I know, I'm a bad boy. D:
Thanks, Girlie.

I take my BFM-1 w/ 1 hr buffers. 2 is better, 1 is actually doable.
Which enzymes are you taking?

I never really thought about
this.
I always took enzymes (natto and serapeptase) when I awoke and if I forgot and ate first, then I tried again before bed.
Except for bromaline. When I eat pineapple I boost it with lots of bromaline.
I try to split all meds by at least 30 minutes unless I am going for synergy.
During the beginning of the yeast issue when it was terrible, I also took Cellulase, Glucomylase, Hemicltulase, Amylas, Invertase, and Diastasse.
Now I totally prefer Xyliitol over all of it. IMHO There is no better biofilm buster than Xylitol. Yes, I am a now a believer and am preaching the Xylitol.

I usually wait 30minutes to an hour. Anything longer and I have a bad herx/flare.
