My daughter is very sensitive to probiotics. I've had her on 1 billion multiple strain for a while, and want her to increase (I take 50 billion!) I want to increase her to 5 billion... any recommendations so that I don't have to do a ton of research?
Thanks in advance!

I did some research on my own and have had advice from others here.
I take several and change sometimes when I run out. I've taken all if these.
Some good ones are:
Probiotic pearls: these are enteric coated and make it past the stomach before they dissolve. Good all around.
Flora Balance : this has only one strain; b. Laterosporus. It's a proven candida killer.
Align: b. Infantis. You'll have to look that one up as I forgot the benefits of it.
Integrative therapeutics Blue Heron detoxifying complex : it has 5 or 6 different strains. Also keeps you regular and binds to toxins.
Now Foods 10/50 powder. Good all around.
Saccharomyces Boulardii : a proven candida killer recommended by many llmd's. One of our members here had some trouble with this one. I started taking it then quit after she told of her experience. I'm sure she'll chime in. Ymmv.
It's hard to say whether they do anything or not. I'm not on abx just now so it's hard to tell. I don't think I have candida. The blue heron is very helpful in Keeping regular.

Thanks so much BJD55! I ended up ordering the Now Foods powder for myself, and something called Ora prebiotics/probiotics 20 billion powder for DD. (I have no idea if she has candida, but I wouldn't be surprised.) Magnesium is good for regularity too, fyi.

My ND told me minimum 50 billion - I think Pirouette says 100 billion?
Also good to get from different sources - I take three different types.

Why not just take 5 of the 1 billion units you are already taking?

I prefer to use kefir, as it has the most probiotic strains ( and I can afford it, as I make my own).

I use Align (B. infantis) to treat my psoriasis:
