Full moon on it's way - tomorrow!!!

So, batten down the hatches and make your preparations! LOL! Ugh. I am seriously NOT looking forward to this. I was hoping to be in a better place this month, but I just started immune boosting mushroom complex - boy am I in for a ride I bet, as it's already taking me on one.

For those that aren't aware of this, for many (but not all), the full moon will increase the amount of herxing that we are dealing with, or will just increase our symptoms. For many it only lasts for a few days, but for others it can last much longer. The frustrating part is that it's connected to the full moon (and sometimes the New moon), so it comes every single month!

The only things we can do is to know that it's coming, and plan for an easy few days. Putting off what you can, and pampering your body (including increasing detoxing) through these times is often some of the only things that help.

For me and probably you too Traveler, we have strong thunderstorms coming in at some point tomorrow and into Thursday. Storms have an impact on how I feel too, and frankly the last few days I'm not sure I could feel worse but we'll see.

Gee, so that's why I haven't slept for the past two nights. We've had so much rain and over cast in the nor'east since late last week I lost track of the night sky.

Why does the full moon increase herxing?
I understand it has an effect on a lot of wild life interactions and actions, is that the same type of deal for bacteria?

We don't actually know why the moon phases affect us the way it does, because no one is interested enough to do any clinical studies, other than the patients. Of course, there are many theories though. Many doctors don't believe this can even happen, even if their own patients experience it.

What we do know is that not everyone with these infections experience it, but some do. Some also feel the effects of the New moon. And we know that for most, increased detoxing and making sure that they take it easy and pamper their bodies for a few days can make a big difference.
