Pediatric LLMD vs LLMD?

So I think I've established on my post earlier that my 4 year old has classic Lyme rash. Luckily our family doc dealt with this with me and I think he'll treat her while I wait to get her into an LLMD. my question is, are there pediatric LLMDs? Does it make a difference or should I just get on the waiting list for the LLMD in my state?

There are some LLMD's who only treat Pediatric patients.
The well-known one is Dr J in Connecticut.

Some LLMD's won't take Pediatric patients. So call the LLMD in your State and ask if they treat children.

You could start a thread "Looking for Pediatric LLMD in/near_____"
and see if you get responses.

If you email me I will check my list for the State you are in.

There's also one in Northern California.

My best guess is a pediatric LLMD or LLND is going to be much more familiar with drugs and or herbs that are ok for prepubescent children and what dosage is proper for a child based on age and weight.

Bummer. I'm in Michigan. We're also navigating debilitating MCAS and leaky gut with her.
