The WB is based on your body producing antibodies to the bacteria.
Yes, it can change. If her immune function has decreased from being sick...then it could come up false.
Her IgG is already all negative.
It's her IgM that has positive bands.
IgM means active infection...yes.
A positive IgG can also mean an active infection.
