Hi. Please rate my abx plan and supplements.

I have lyme, bartonella and probably babesiosis, yersinia, myko chlamydia and candida overgrowth. Everything at least 15 years old, over 100 symptoms from every system.

I start treatment with bartonella:

Summamed (Azithromycin) 500 - 1-0-0 every second day - during a meal
Biseptol (Sulfamethoxazolum + Trimethoprimum) 960 - 1-0-1 every second day - during a meal

Supplements:
Litozin Forte - 3x 1 tab after meal
Vitamin C 1000mg with rose hip - 1x 1 tab after meal
B-Complex - 1x tab after meal
Cat's Claw - 3x 2 tabs during meal
Oregano oil - 1x 1 tab after meal
Calcium + Magnesium + Zinc - 3x 1 tab during a meal
Nature's way Optima - 1x 1 tab for the night
Essentiale Forte - 3x 2 tabs during meal

Is it looking good?

Hi manamanam1 - welcome!

I'm sorry you are dealing with all those symptoms (that's a lot)

I'm guessing you are from another country (not the U.S, or Canada) - with those antibiotic names.

So it looks like you are on Azithromycin 500 mg once daily combined with Bactrim DS twice daily.....plus some support supplements.

Is one of those supplements a probiotic?

Your treatment with those antibiotics is a good start for treating Lyme.
It may have some effect on Bartonella as well, but often it isn't enough..and another antibiotic for Bart is required.
For Babesia, you will need a different protocol as well.

What is specially treating the Candida? Do you currently have a systemic infection, or are you just taking something prophylactically?

I also want to ask you if you are on a good detox regimen.
It is important to flush out the toxins created from the dieoff of bacteria.
We need to be doing multiple methods of detox daily,

Bactrim was a doozy for me ...it can be really effective for some .

Azithromycin started to give me diarrhea after one week so it's good you are taking with food. I will do that from now as well.

As for the other stuff I'm not sure. It's there any probiotics in there?

Yes, im from Europe.

I don't know if this combination isn't too weak in terms of doses. It's not daily, both are every second day so its only 15 days in month taking these two. My weight is only 64kg so maybe that's why, i dont know.
I have next appointment in 2 months.

about candida... I told my LLMD about symptoms which indicates system infection already but he didnt prescribe me anything, even Nystatin to take prophylactically.

For detox i plan for now drinking a lot of green tea.

Probiotic is Nature's way Optima, from what i read one of the best, 35 billion CFUs & 14 strains of bacteria in one tab.

English is not my main language but i hope everything is understandable

You are doing well with your English, Manamanam!

You will need to do more than green tea for detoxing. Please do take a look at the 'new to Lyme?" thread, as it has some good detoxing routines suggested in there, and here is another site that has a lot of good detoxing suggestions as well: www.tiredoflyme.com/detox-methods

You will almost certainly need to use many means of detoxing, as most do. You start off with one, and do it for a few days, then add in another and use it for a few days, then add in yet another - and keep going like this until you have several different detox pathways working for you. This will help prevent some of the herxing, and help you move through your treatments more smoothly.

So, your LLMD is ignoring your Candida issues? That's not a good thing, as Candida can stop treatments because the symptoms can get so severe. We have a really excellent post at the bottom of page 2 of the "new to Lyme?" thread by Pirouette about Candida that you will likely find very helpful.

This is true, our liver is severely affected by many factors, my doctor advised me to Essentiale Forte phospholipids.info/ after which I began to feel a noticeable improvement!
