Pretty common, I'd say. For me, it's the occasional twitch and seems to last in spells of about 1/2 an hour to an hour, mostly when I'm laying down. My hips, legs, and stomach also twitch occasionally, but regularly.

I have tremors. neuro says parkinsonism induced by lyme or toxins from welding.

Rx Propanerlolo can calm down hand tremors, I had to use it to work.

Also- my tremors were at there worst point at the most "toxified time" as I dont detox well.

Years ago, I had to change from a job years ago- hand tremors interfered to much, and had carple tunnel symptoms at the same time.
