So, I'm sitting here nibbling on individual crystals of Pink Himalayan sea salt and sipping lemon water (I'm in mysalt craving stage again), and I wondered if this is doing anything good for my Lyme infection or one of the co's.
I found this article. Okay, the lemons aren't that loaded with Vitamin C, etc., but it has that ph balance aspect to it.

Anyone else using the Himalayan salt or similar for anything other than seasoning?
