Just got a bag of food grade.
What do I need to get aware of and what's a good starting dose for very sensitive individuals? I've read one teaspoon in water. Is this correct? Experiences?

That's what I started with, then increased to twice daily. After a few months, I substituted bentonite clay for one of the doses, but I continue to take it at least once daily

Did you have any negative reactions? I read it is antimicrobial to some extent? Is this true or is it just a good binder.

Dont breathe the dust if you can help it ,its tiny micro dino bones and shreds inside of some gut bugs. A german co markets it as a toxin binder fg works just as well .also it will help silica levels if your low ,caution if you have severe leaky gut
