Hi all

Hope you're all doing OK today.
I posted a few days ago about
how I've been on Cowden Protocol for nearly two years now, and although I've made some progress and it's kept me stable, I'm thinking it may be time to stop and to try something different.
It was suggested to me that I might want to think about
switching to the Buhner Protocol, as some people here have had success on that treatment plan, and resolved a few issues that were still present after doing Cowden.
I now have no doctor and I'm really not sure what to do next, so I would really appreciate your advice and experience!
I'd love to hear any thoughts or comments from any of you who may have experience of Buhner, and especially those who switched from Cowden to Buhner and then saw improvement. I have lingering neuro symptoms (in particular a fuzzy head, so slightly dizzy/woozy all the time) that I would dearly love to shift, as I still don't feel completely well and would like to be able to kick these remaining issues into touch!! Don't know if that's even possible, but I'm trying my best!
Please let me know if you've had success with this protocol - particularly in resolving neuro stuff, as all my symptoms have been neuro.
Thanks so much
