Bonus points if they've got experience with thyroid and diabetes. I've had those two for years and was diagnosed with Lyme 2 weeks ago.

Hi marcusgrimm - welcome to our community!

A good LLMD should understand that lyme can affect the thyroid and pancreas and be able to do appropriate testing...and treatment.

In addition to members recommendations - you can also shoot me an email and I will check my list of LLMD's and send you names for your area.

I will PM you the name of a naturopath in Camp Hill. Not LL but will work with the Cowden protocol. Excellent jobs of treating thyroid, adrenals, hormones, etc. with or without Lyme.

Hello I am having all symptoms of Lyme, I have an unexplained rash that keeps coming and going and doctors don't know what it is. Doctors refuse to test for Lyme, one even made a comment about how expensive it is like it's a joke!! I'm in Pittsburgh Pa, and need a good doctor that will test for this disease.

That makes me angry - that Doctors are refusing to test for lyme.

In addition to members recommendations - you can also email me and I will send you names for LLMD's that are on my list.

You can order a test kit from Igenex Lab in California...and then you will need a Dr. to sign the lab req. Any Dr. will do - your regular Doc, or a walk-in clinic Dr. or a chiropractor...or a Naturopathic Dr.

You can call Igenex for the test kit.
