Quick question-LB Tonic Protocal-Green Dragon

Three capsules contain:

Japanese Knotweed root - 500 mg.
(Polygonum cuspidatum) - wildharvested - NE United States
Cat's Claw vine bark - 500 mg.

Eleuthero root - 430 mg.
(Eleutherococcus senticosus) - organic - China
Sarsaparilla root - 110 mg.
(Smilax spp.) - wildharvested - Jamaica/ Mexico
Dandelion herb - 110 mg.
(Taraxacum officinale) - organic - NE United States

Yes you can start the Tonic before the Core arrives. In fact I highly suggest it. I know it says to do 3 capsules, but on the first day you might want to start with only 1 and see how you do. Then slowly up the dose the next day.

So the only difference between the two:

one has eleuthero and the other has andographis?

you will be taking both?

I think you should have a discussion with your Dr.

You might want to take one - maybe the core and then get a bottle of the Eleutheros and add it.

I just remembered you already have them - so you will want to use them, but maybe when you run out just buy the one formula and add in the single herb

I like how that breaks it down by weight. No, I definitely don't want to take more than the recommended dose, plus I take a crrraaazzzy amount of other pills already for all the other stuff I have going on! Pill fatigue!
Where can I find the recommended dose of eleuthero or andographis? I tried googling it but nothing useful is coming up for me. What if the recommended dose for those is 3 pills 3 times a day or something and then I'm not getting enough of that herb since I don't want to over do the knotweed?
The more I think about this, the more strange it is that the two bottles are identical except for those two herbs. Maybe the owner of Green Dragon will have better info though...like they aren't meant to take together and one comes before the other or something. It makes me wonder why my doc had me order both but I will have to ask her about all that.
Wish I had thought of this before ordering it all at once, especially because I did look at the ingredient content before ordering so I really have no excuse! Other than the brain fog I experience ha! I do follow doc's instructions but usually not blindly..I am a research person usually as well but this has all been rather overwhelming and most of my time has been spent lately on figuring out the candida and mold toxicity diets since I also have those fun things happening. Either way, I do wish I had thought of this when I originally ordered. Oh well, I know I will end up using both bottles anyway and hopefully they will be of benefit.

Right now I have to drink a lot of different things in addition to pills, but won't have to drink as much for too long so maybe I'll switch over later.
