Bands 23 and 41, is more testing worth it

I've had a Western Blot by ARUP Laboratories come back with B. BURGDORFERI, IGG WB - Band(s) present: 41, 23 kDa. I'm experiencing a wide variety of other symptoms including:
adrenal issues (getting further testing to validate this is truly an issue)
extreme tiredness
reacting to carbs with weakness, brain fog especially in the morning
brain fog and tightness
muscle weakness
inflammation in hands/feet
muscle twitches

My doctor has recommended testing using the iSpot test but I'm questioning if there is any benefit to this or to the Igenex test or if based on the western blot bands present and the symptoms it's not worth spending the money on either test?

If either of them would not help aid in better treatment then I'm not sure it's worth pursuing. Thoughts?

Those two bands being positive = Lyme disease - not to mention your symptoms.
You don't need another test...have you found a LLMD?

Thank you for the responses on this. As I was reading more about the iSpot it appears that it is good for patients who do not show bands on the Western Blot so already having bands show on the Western Blot along with all of these symptoms I'm not sure what benefit this additional testing would be. I'm going to talk with my doctor more to find out why they think the iSpot would be beneficial based on what we already know.

I am not currently seeing an LLMD. I just started seeing a really good integrative medicine Dr. that is accepted by insurance and understands Lyme and the conditions it can cause. They do not treat Lyme but will treat all of the other symptoms to help get those in check. I'm starting there and then going to look at venturing into further treatment after I deal with more of the side effects.

I believe I've probably been living with Lyme since I was a child and just recently kicked up symptoms for it. It's been a whirlwind couple of months so I'm trying to figure things out still.

My test was not done by IGeneX but I looked up their criteria for determining a positive result and wanted to make sure I'm thinking about this correctly... Even though my Western Blot was not done by IGeneX, according to their criteria, because it was positive on the 23 and 41 bands they would have returned a positive result. Is that correct in thinking?

Positive If two or more of the following bands are present: 23-25, 31, 34, 39, 41 and 83-93 kDa.
