I just saw grapefruit oil today but it didn't say 'seed' so I didn't get it. I've been hearing good things about this oil.

Patty, the one that I researched to be good is NutriBiotic but I haven't taken it so no actual experience with it.

2caps 2xdaily. So 500mg each time.

I'm on Davinci GSE 400mg twice a day. No problems with it that i am aware of but i take so many other things and feel so bad it would be hard to tell lol.
