It sounds like peripheral neuropathy in the legs.
It is viruses that attack nerves.
I read yesterday the l-arginine increases the action of viruses, that you must take l-lysine with it to conteract how it works in the body - Girlie is right.
Neuropathy is common with lyme there are lots of threads on it in the Healing Well forum.
I get it coming back if I stop using the vibrational platform I use for exercise. Getting the blood flow out to those nerves that are being compromised is the best thing for getting the nerve endings working closer to normal. There are supplements to take too omega 3s, b12, herbs that improve blood circulation are the main ones that I use. Stay away from sugar it doesn't help these conditions.
vibrational platform.......? Care elaborate on this? Guessing this is in a gym? I agree getting blood flow going helps. Aggressive foam rollers help too. But vibrating your whole body sounds assume for muscles/nerves.
I used a "chia" machine at a PT clinic- you lay with your feet in it and it moves /vibrates lower body. I was thinking of buying one- under $300.
thanks
