Living and care options in Kansas (Kansas City Area)

Hi all, does anyone know any reasonable living and care options in the Kansas City area? I live alone with my sweet pup and have required 24/7 since May 2017. I need help eating, getting on bedside commode, bathing, taking meds/supps, etc. This level of care has depleted a savings account that would've lasted two years without care. I'm able to borrow a little to get get me through a bit but then it's gone. I'd really like to use the little I can borrow on treatments, not care. I don't have to tell you how stressful the care is -- 30 caregivers in three months. None know of Lyme of course.

I'm losing hand use so keep this short. I am on Medicare and will apply for Medicaid. But I don't think a nursing home is conducive to healing. I'm 37 years old. My parents are advocates and do my communicating but they won't let me live with them. The cost of 24/7 care is $18,000 a month. Unreal and heartbreaking. No gofundme page can raise that.

Ps if any local KC llmd's work on pro bono and or come to the house please let me know.
