Which Omega 3's - brand? And how much?
I did the dairy, gluten, sugar free for several months...no help.
I still don't eat much of those three though.I take Ultimate OmegaX2 by Nordic Naturals 3 capsules twice a day.
Are you sure that when you did dairy free and gluten free it didn't help? I'm only asking because if you were at a point where you felt so crappy it was hard to distinguish what was making you feel that way maybe now you might get some relief.
We've been treating for about
the same amount of time. For me there are times it's clear what's making me feel like crap and other times where I couldn't tell you anything specific except for something is way off.I guess it's possible. Nothing at all changed when I was off them. But, then I guess I should try all the other stuff again as well? LDN, CBD oil, Progesterone, etc. etc.
I think I will try Omegas (thanks for your dosage jrpsf) and Curcumin and see how it goes.
