Hi everyone

I'm looking for red sage and Chinese skullcap. Does anyone know where I can buy it in South Africa (the easiest option), otherwise a good brand online? Thanks

I got mine from HawaiiPharm.com Chinese Skullcap is under just Skullcap.

Is hawaii pharm sell quality herbs?

I have recently purchased Cat's claw, Red Sage, and Skullcap from them because I was able to use my Amazon Prime membership. I haven't been on them a month yet, so have not been on them long enough to see benefits yet. The ones I got were non alcohol. Is it preferable to have alcohol?

A majority of herbs (not all) Are more effective when extracted using alcohol. Some are even completely ineffective if extracted with water.
