I have just read Medical Mediums list of foods not to eat and he includes fish oils in that list. He says there is a risk the oils can be contaminated with heavy metals inspite of everything they say on the label.. I stop taking Omega 3 fish oils when I opened one of the capsules to taste it - It was 'off"...it tasted so bad I couldnt believe I had been innocently taking the product for years.
You can get plant based Omega 3s.

I'm not saying that Anthony is wrong, but I'd be cautious about
a guy who claims to get his information "from Spirit."
Maybe he's correct. But, think about
his basic dietary advice:
Eat lots of whole, unprocessed fruits and vegetables. That's his overarching theme. That's no different than the current obsession over "Whole-Food, Plant-Based" diets.
I also noticed he's now an Amazon.com affiliate for the many supplements he recommends. Previously, as far as I'm aware, this was not the case. The disclaimers on his newsletters get longer-and-longer.
If I sound skeptical, it's only because I am.
The Internet is full of dubious claims, treatments, tests, supplements, "cures," etc. I've spent tens of thousands of dollars on many of them, over the past four years (and counting). Others have spent much more, I know. Most of us don't have the time, money, or hope to waste.
As for fish oil, I'd suggest just eating fish, if you're so inclined.
Finally, for some counter-points to all the adulation over fish oil:
