I can understand your fear. Maybe try it on a day when you'll be at home all day. When I was very toxic, I would often feel the urge to urinate within a short time after taking glutathione. I would sometimes have some pain when urinating and had the sense that the glutathione was causing my body to dump toxins and they were being excreted through my urine.
If that's how it works, it would make sense to take it in the morning so you can quickly flush the toxins out through the urine. I believe I've also read that your body tends to release more toxins while you sleep, which is why some people take GI binders at bedtime to bind to the toxins so they get removed through your gut instead of getting redistributed in the body. Don't know if any of that has been proven or not.
Anyway, if you're very toxic, you need to get the toxins out somehow. Maybe try sauna and some binders for a while first and then try the glutathione again later.
I'm not sure it's a good idea to start with glutathione. That's just what my doctor did with me. I know I've seen other things written indicating glutathione is part of phase II detox - something like that. I don't know what phase I is. Maybe if my doctor had started me with phase I, I might have had an easier time.
Ah that's interesting. Sometimes supplements like Vit C make me urinate a lot right after I take them and I wasn't sure why. I just don't like inducing a crash early in the day because I already have low cortisol and a crash can completely wipe me out. I have some glutathione lozenges on the way, and that might make dosing closer to a mealtime easier. I do coffee enemas right now for detox; they were very helpful at first, but less so now.
