What's your salt intake like? Table salt is the devil. If you haven't already, switch to sea salt.
Dehydration can cause puffiness, greasy food, carbs, fatty foods, take out food, MSG, eating heavy meals, etc. I notice I get way puffy when I stray from the diet and don't drink enough water. Making paleo crock pot meals has helped a lot. Like, I had fries today. I expect to be puffy tomorrow.
