I keep getting the same Lyme blood work back indicating that I do not have Lyme and yet, every doctor tells me they are sure that I do. I have gone to see a naturopathic dr who after going through my blood indicated without a doubt that I had lyme. I don't know what to do now to find someone to treat the disease. My doctor says without the original blood work coming back positive there is nothing she can do. HELP????

Hi smb006 - welcome!

Most non-lyme literate Dr.'s don't know how to read a lyme test. Even if it says 'negative' - there can be indications that you do have lyme...such as lyme 'specific' bands showing on a Western Blot.


You need to see a Lyme Literate Dr. They are the specialists in treating lyme disease.

We can help you find one. Start a new thread titled: "Looking for LLMD in/near______" and fill in the blank.

I'm sorry you have Lyme disease...but am glad you found your way here.
