Just want you to know that I am so glad that you have reached out to us. Someone is usually here so always feel free to post whenever you need to.
I also am praying for you and asking God to give you the strength that you need right now to help you make it through these difficult times.
Since thinking ahead seems to cause some of the anxiety maybe just focus on one thing at a time or one moment at a time.
Is there something you can do to occupy your mind when your sister is at work , like reading or listening to a TV show you like. Maybe start a small craft project, something that may help to distract the negative thoughts.
When I used to get the fearful feelings I would try to keep busy and it helped to distract me away from things until it passed.
I would make sure to let your llmd know how you are doing and maybe they adjust your medicine or try another one.
Hey on another note,its great news that you have been doing better physically, that is very good. I hope that continues for you and I am wishing you the best of healing and brighter days ahead.
