CRISPER CREATE SUPER IMMUNITY

I have been thinking of a way to increase the immune system. I involves a little bit of genetic engineering.

Basically I am wondering if the BLAST which is the computer program that shows how new DNA added to the E-Coli will react.

What I need to know is if I can use the data from this, then insert the plasmid into a yeast cell?

Any one familar with using Crisper would like to talk to you.

On to Another Subject:

One of my dogs developed cataracts about 5 months ago. After researching, I discovered that the damage was caused by free radical (unpaired electrons).

Since I have done quite a bit of research on free radicals, I went and put some super magnets into his collar.

I had expected the progression of the cataracts to slow or possilby stop.

What it did over the next 3 months was clean up the 10% opaque damage in the left eye and the 30% opaque damage in the right eye!

So, it cleaned up both eyes. I really didn't expect the opaque areas to clean up as the free radicals cause a crystalization of the lens....Don't know it this would work on humans, but it might be worth a try. Also the magnets are on the dog 24/7 with a gausse of 3,500 per magnet, using 3 magnets stacked together.

If this would work on humans, it would be a God Send to a lot of people. I also understand that macular degeration is also caused by free radicals.

yes there is some expense involved in this. However, there is probably used equipment available which would reduce the cost.

Colleges sell science equipment all the time. They need the newest, toy on the block and you can get some pretty "cheap" deals with there used equipment.

To elaborate a little, in 2015 the noble prize was given to 3 researchers for discovering the chemical which protects DNA. This chemical given to old mice reverses their dna damage so that the dna of the old looks the same as dna from young mice.

Nasa is looking into this for astronauts for a MARS mission. Presently, any journey to Mars would cause cancer to the astronauts, and other dna damage. This would make it possible to send explorers into space.

When I was building my first Ultraviolet Blood Irradiation Machine, I ordered blood transfusion equipment from Russia. Amazing what you can find on ebay and garage sales.

Example today came across a mike equipment box which is used to insert radioactive material to fight prostate cancer. Got the "el" out of that garage sale. Don't need to see if the tips of the rods contained radioactive material or not...

By the way, I have friend with macular degeneration. Will try the magnet's on them and let you know down the road if it works.

As for the Magnets, I used D93-N52 which have a gauss field of 4105.
These can be purchased from K&J Magnetics.
When you use them you have to use the S end of the magnet. Or what I refer to as the Biological North. Use a compass and the end which the N end of compass points to is the side which has to be kept next to the body. The magnets need to be stacked no more than "3". You need a gauss field of 7,000 gauss to 1 Tesla (10,000 gauss). This affects the orbit of the electorns (free radicals) so the body can get rid of them by urine/feces.

Now, as for Crisper, I found a free BLAST app on Google. (Free, a great word).
In the past I had an interest in microbiology so some of the lab practices are the same.

Where would I purchase the dna string to insert into the plasmid. Also, is the insertion of the plasmid into yeast the same as into the e-coli. I am hoping (this will be a 3-4 year project) that I can use yeast instead of e-coil.

Prefer to ferment out the chemical I want with the yeast. Would water bath the yeast/broth at 145 degrees F to kill the yeast. Would not even need to purify the end product!

Could take this solution orally. Figure 6% product, so a 20ml would give me a little over 1ml of product.

The online course in Crisper is pretty darn good. But again, it will take me quite some time to build a lab. Beg, Borrow, Build, the equipment that I will require.

Over time these free radicals build up in the body, such as age spots.

When I first came across people using magnets I thought this was "hoodo". How could a small magnetic field affect their health.

When I asked the right question, CAN A MAGNETIC FIELD AFFECT ELECTRONS the entire process of healing opened up.

My theory was that I could extend health and longevity by removing the free radicals, What I have discovered by using these magnets at 7000-10000 gauss is that my age spots slowly faded away.

As for the dog, I had read where free radicals build up and the electrons can cause a crystalazation of the lens of the eye. So, remove the free radcials and slow, stop the eye problem.

Much to my surprise the lens of the eyes returned to normal. I also understand that this is the same problem with macular degeneration.

Now, on to cripser. I see that there are kits that contain everything needed to do an experiment. Am thinking of ordering one of the kits and exchanging the dna sequence with the one that I want.

As for filtering my product there are some camping filters which remove almost 100% of the bacteria. So if I triple filtered the ecoli out of the solution it should work. I just don't have any idea of the percenter of the NMN (nicotinaride mononcleotide) that I would be producing.

Unless I can figure out the percent, won't be able to determin the LD50 ratio.
