I don't think we (in general) talk enough about healing from the damage caused from the pathogens, inflammation, and the treatments themselves. I think that it can definitely be a factor in these last percentages.
Yes. My thoughts on the few "10 percenters" with very little life responsibilities, ( a life of leisure) might be just fine. For the normal people who place demands on there brains and bodies, the last 10 percent is still quite noticeable.
Obviously I believe in the phrase "Lyme damage", some do not.
Two years after ABX I continue to slowly improve, and measure/document this with repeated improved "marker" and inflammation tests. My diet does seem to help too, and I'm not even very strict compared to some. It doesn't take much in my experience, worth it, but my gut was trashed, so thats prob why.
