Dude, regardless what anyone's opinion is of Dr. David Perlmutter, I did post the results of a research study which has nothing to do with him. This and other research is pretty darning as far as what's happened to the lowly wheat grain industrial farms are feeding us these days. It's not the grain it was when our grandparents were making bread.
We are in a morass of confusion. I'm not a medical professional or a nutritionist, and why should any of us be? I just want to eat well, be healthy, bring my ill daughter back to health. If gluten is an issue, it's out. And I've seen a lot of research which indicates it is.
