When I take them, I get a rush like drinking a shot of alcohol. Then, more extreme tiredness. After which, I seem to recover.

I feel lightheaded, could it be a herx from the herbs? Or is it more likely to be due to the alcohol?

If you are worried about the alcohol, you can let the herbs sit for awhile and a lot of the alcohol will dissipate.

I also believe like Daisies - anything seems possible with this disease. Weird and unusual is normal lyme.

Thanks PeteZa, it really is a guessing game! I’ve red that cats claw can cause dizziness so not sure if it’s that or the alcohol, I will try and let it sit for a while before drinking it and if the dizziness persists maybe look at an alternative herb

Hot showers made me super dizzy. It was horrible. I almost passed out once but grabbed the shower door and slowly melted into the floor.

For months I took the fastest showers in the world because I had to take cool showers. I could not handle hot water.

See lyme is weird and freaky and so very unpredictable. We all find ways to work around and get the healing done. We have to be inventive sometimes. And we try so many different things.

I got them from Napier’s in the uk I was taking 30 drops a day but have the cats claw right back as I think that may be causing the dizinesss

I do. It's like an extreme rush, but it quickly subsides. It hits me about 1 minute after taking them. I just know to sit down for a spell until it's over. It lasts about 30 seconds to 1 minute. The same thing happens when I drink Kombucha.

I don’t know if I have yeast issues, how can I tell? Is there a test?
