I think you should focus on getting a really good detox protocol going.
Every few days add in a new detox...untl you are doing multiple methods every day.
- Are you taking good probiotics daily?
- Are you taking something for your liver daily?
- A binder?

- dry brush the skin prior to bathing and showering

- light exercise - even a short walk, and/or stretching
