Cervical facet joint injections, anyone tried it, or thoughts on it?

Wondering if anyone has had injections in their cervical facet joints or had the radio frequency ablation done on the facet joint nerves to help with neck and shoulder pain.

No, I haven't.

But, what are the risks with the procedure (if any) ?

My facet joint blocks were done on my lower back. They are very painful and in the end, did nothing to reduce my chronic low back pain
