COlymeFIGHTER:
Welcome to the Island of Misfit Toys!
If you've not yet done so, I suggest reviewing the
New To Lyme? Start Here! thread. It's full of great information.
Also, people take many different approaches, in an effort to help support their bodies. This includes Pharmaceuticals, Herbs, Homeopathy, Supplements, Ozone, Rife Machine, Bee Venom Therapy, Coffee Enemas, Detoxing, Fasting, Elimination Diet, Sleep, Stress Management, Massage, Exercise, and more. In some cases, people may be using a combination of these approaches.
Therefore, there's no "one way" to healing. Obviously, if someone had "the" magic formula, none of us would be sick. And, what works for one person may not work for another person. Heck, what works for one person now may stop working for that same person next week or next month.
Thus, I encourage flexibility and patience in your approach.
With that segue, following is a video that I watched last night. I like his philosophy and approach to helping support patients' bodies.

It's just about
being an informed consumer and then making the choice that feels appropriate.
