How many MG to start for extremely sensitive individuals?

I did one drop of the tincture to start.

Sorry I only know Sida acuta tinctures not capsules. Tinctures I start at only 2 drops and that's for a few days , then I increase.
For Bartonella: ΒΌ tsp 3x day

For Babesia:1/4 tsp 3x day


But I would suggest to start any new herbal at a very low dose and see how you react to it.

Check for side effects and contradictions before using any herbal.

I have powder and it's 2500mg per scoop. I guess trying like a 1/4 of that would be appropriate

I got mine from Woodland Essence. I tried taking it and it made me have heart flutters. It was like a had a butterfly in my chest. I put it away and said I would come back and try it again.

I healed without it.

Sage Consulting and Apothecary is the best bang for your buck. Less expensive than Woodland Essence. They are a buhner recommended herbal store.

For convenience and free shipping I did Amazon and did Hawaii Pharm for a lot of my tinctures. Generally only 2 days from the islands. I did find that I had to look up a lot of the plant names and order them in the Chinese name, but they are super helpful there and will guide you. I don't know if they ever did get Sida Acuta.
