While I do agree with JustPiccd, I would urge caution at doing a second detox like that the same day if you are prone to herxing. For some (only some), it can really set off a bad herx instead of helping.
So just be sure to consider it carefully is all.
This is sometimes called "over detoxing" - and it's simply that your detoxing method(s) released more toxins than your body could quickly remove from your blood stream before it started causing other symptoms. That's why, in theory and for many people, doing a second detox may be helpful, and for others it will include a lot more misery.
