Leaky gut recipes

Does anyone know where I can find a list of recipes for leaky gut syndrome? I have not been able to locate an internet source that provides recipes specifically for LGS.

I believe GAPS is made to address leaky gut, so look up GAPS diet recipes. Possibly also AIP.

I second GAPS. Drink lots of bone broth and glutamine

Typically if you have leaky gut you also have candida, because candida thrives in that sort of environment. I would recommend taking something like grapfruitseed extract as well to kill off the candida. you can't really repair leaky gut without addressing the candida issue.

Thanks Gabybee, I wasn't thinking of it in those terms. I'm just doing Glutamine and bone broth.
