Oil of oregano question

Does anyway have a recommendation on a good brand of oil of oregano that can be purchased at a local store. I used to get it from young living but it's expensive and a bit of a todo to order.

I don't have a recommendation although I have purchased from doterra before. however, when I need one I usually go to a natural pharmacy like pharmaca and ask what they think.

P73 Oregano oil is what I use and IMO, the best! I usually order it online from Vitacost...but the last time I purchased it from Vitamin Shoppe store. Any grocery store that has the special healthy aisles for nutrition and herbal type supplements should have it. I believe I paid $23 at Vitamin Shoppe for it.

Do you put it in a capsule or in water? I forgot what I used to do. I think i bought that from the vitamin shoppe before I started to get it from young living. With Yl I was putting it in a capsule with other eso's. Iiin what way did it help you?
