Can Lyme Cause Polyps?

I’ve recently had two surgeries to remove polyps from my uterus and colon. I also have the MTHFR C667 mutation (not sure if this is a factor). Can lyme and co-infections cause things like polyps? I find it odd to have this is issue in more than one area of the body.
