Hello All,
One of the most beneficial aspects of this group for me is reading about
successes, big or small, long-term or short-lived.
So, I want to share with you that after 8 months of treatment, I am finally able to have some good days again! ...And I only expect it to get better overall from here. (Bad days will come and go, but I'm starting the crawl out of the hole.)
In the month of February, I was able to have 7 days where I felt to be operating at 85% or more of my normal self. This is a big improvement considering how debilitated I have been since April of 2017 (I literally couldn't leave the house, or even my bed at times mainly due to extreme anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts and OCD, to name just a few).
I'm sending out encouragement to all, and must emphasise to keep your confidence, stick with your treatment plans, research like crazy until you find options that are right for you, and know that IT WILL GET BETTER! Even if only here and there....it will get better, and that is worth the world for me.

Congrats on your success. We hear from so many people that are struggling along, so it's good to hear from those that are getting back to health.
