I didn't watch the video yrt. But, I did read the article.

This may be the lyme talking, but sometimes I can't help but to think that rhe CDC is one of many organizations involved in a way to "thin out the herd". And the flu vaccine is another mode of getting people sick.

I received my first ever flu shot early last year. Wonder if that was one of the components leading to my deterioration.

I've wondered about that, too, Hoagie.

My chronic symptoms started 4 days after a flu vaccine in 2009. I kind of don't think it was a coincidence. I think it did something to trip up my immune system.

I read the newsletter that started the uproar, Cleveland Clinic's disavowal, and the doctor's apology.

Cleveland Clinic said: "Cleveland Clinic is fully committed to evidence-based medicine. Harmful myths and untruths about vaccinations have been scientifically debunked in rigorous ways."

I'm curious if anyone has personally reviewed any of these studies they claim have scientifically debunked assertions that vaccines can cause harm?

As a side note, I already had a negative red-flag impression of Cleveland Clinic. When I saw a functional MD over a year ago, one of the employees told me her sister had some kind of chronic symptoms that were debilitating and she was going to that clinic. At first, I was impressed until she told me they basically were just teaching her how to manage her symptoms - nothing about getting to the root causes of her problems. That sent sirens going off for me. You won't catch me there!

Good on that Dr speaking up about it. Takes some courage to do that.

So you watched the video Hoagie? The man this Dr spoke of died of vaccine induced GBS..and the diagnosis got changed to ALS!!!
That is outrageous!

My view of "traditional" medical doctors has changed through my "ALS" Lyme journey. He is right on his points, these doctors go through medical school and are taught these things. Many are blind and roll their eyes at the thought of something being more than a "traditional" (taught) illness. They are churned out of these medical training factories educated with someone elses ideas and practices and just keep the same mindset and ideologies. Luckily the doctor in this video saw the light and started to question things. Unfortunately it cost him his job, but hes better off for it.

I had Cleveland clinic doctors roll their eyes at me and laugh under their breath when I asked them about Lyme disease. They are ignorant to it because they were improperly taught about it and the light has never come on for them.

I had learned of the functional medicine side of the Cleveland clinic through a friend. When I had asked my neurologists about it the description given was one leaving to believe that they were the quacks of the bunch. It's truly sad that anything outside of their taught expertise is some how wrong or weird. The arrogance of these people just angers me!

As for the flu vaccine, I don't personally believe in it. I've had it once and still got the flu. That was enough to convince me that the shot was worthless. The way I understand it is that the vaccine is specifically engineered by the CDC, the same guys that say we don't have Lyme! every year we hear how this is the worst year for the flu, obviously the CDC is as good as picking out a flu strand as the weather man is at predicting the weather.

The video is revealing about not only vaccines but the whole medical system which we are trusting if we choose not to educate ourselves which is not a straightforward proposition because of the level of medical propaganda which has come to light with regards to Lyme.

Why shouldnt we expect that we have been fed additional propaganda ?

Question everything, especially the words that are positioned to be repeated over and over again such as "Lyme is a tick borne disease."

Nitazoxanide has been a very useful drug in treating Lyme for many so why is it priced to keep it out of our reach?

There is an enormous amount of medical weight that places focus on bacteria as responsible for just about everything as opposed to other parasite classes.

I have been asking myself is this justifiable? In nature there is a hierarchy in decomposition. It goes from larger parasites to smaller. Bacteria are often last in line for cleanup.

Just thinking aloud for what it is worth.
