sandyfeet,
I took my daughter to the Hansa Center 8 years ago, and she is absolutely well today. Dr. Jernigan used many of the herbs in his "protocol" as well as some other herbs and treatments to facilitate healing. I am making my comments from personal experience as well from my understanding of Dr. Jernigan's published literature.
The forum is fortunate to have Deejavu as an active member that posts a lot of informative material. I was reading through a related thread in this forum and I found something that may be helpful in answering your question. Thank you Deejavu! Here is a quote from Dr. Jernigan:
"Most of the plants I use in my various formulas confound “Classical Herbologists” because they read the old literature from ancient research and find that none of the herbs are known to “kill” bacteria or “boost the immune system” or even fall into a treatment category for the uses for which I have made them. This is because when I formulate them I am not striving to determine the “ultimate antibiotic” that will “kill” the bacteria. I am testing for what combination of various plant extracts will provide the very specific frequencies that will enable the body to rapidly eliminate the dis-ease process."

When we consider Dr. Jernigan's statement in light of your desire for "review or analysis", a major problem presents itself. What shall we use as a standard to assess Dr. Jernigan's herbal selection? Such a standard does not exist in the extant herbal literature. Of course, sometimes, he may chiefly select an herb(s) based on intrinsic and conventionally recognized qualities other than "frequency", but he often doesn't. This presents a real obstacle to your investigation because there is a lack of published literature from which to make such a review or analysis. In many cases, your confidence in Dr. Jernigan's herbal selection will not be bolstered by consulting the published herbal literature. Those resources do not publish herbal frequencies and the impact that those frequencies might make upon sub-optimal frequencies in the human body.
Do you see the problem here? I don't want to discourage you at all, but I would not want you to spend a lot of time looking for something that's not available. You may read about
some facts concerning the herbs, but you will not read about
the way that he uses them in many cases.
Dr. Jernigan views the human body as an energetic being as well as the other conventionally recognized aspects of the human being. Thus a large part of his treatment paradigm involves "frequencies".
