A TOA free cats claw is an immune stimulator and regular cats claw is an immune modulator. TAo free is what they use on the Cowden protocul for Lyme, they call it samento. They think it is superior to regular cats claw
I was looking for something that killed the lyme so that is how I answered your question it took me years so it was a big search for me.
If you are taking it for another reason I can't help. I have so many allergies I'm grateful for the ones I can take.
