Question about testing for lyme and co

Hi, decided to go to Germany for treatment. I've been there once before. The clinic wants me to take antibody tests for the three infections, and there will be sent a testkit to me. As these tests are quite expensive, I wonder if any of you know if these can be taken cheaper somewhere else? It's this place: dedimed.com

Analyses for infection by Borrelia:

18 parameters for borrelia--infection, total price is about 737€. We can divide these 18 parameters in two parts: 12 so-called IFTs ( high sensititvity), costs about 415 €, and 6 immunoblots, price about 320 €

Babesia : 3 tests for together about 107 € and

Bartonella henselae + quintana , price ca 136 €
