I just reached full doesing of the buhner protocol again. I have had a lot of heas presseure and brain fire,OCD and tinnitus onset can be anywhere from a 30 min to 3 hrs after ingesting the herbs. Can this be a herx? The anxiety is not as bad though so I thing I am making some headway and although very uncomfortable it's not as bad as last time. I may drop does down and bind and increase detox. This is month # 4 on prtocol.

Houttuynia powder 1 tsp x3
Sida woodland ess 20 drops x 3
Jap knotweed powder 1 tsp x 3
This month added
Chinese CC tin tin 1 dopper full x 1
Ashwagand tin 1 dopper x1

I would definitely think you are herxing, 1 dropper full 3x a day is a lot to start out on with herbals. You are brave.

I would drop the dose like you were saying and detox for sure.

Hey, I got the same exact symptoms when I was herxing. I was able to detox through them though without dropping down in dosage. How come you aren't taking any additional herbs? Hawthorn, red root, or cordyceps? I was thinking of dropping them because they get expensive so how you doing on your protocol so far is it working for you?

Also, is 20 drops your full dosing for sida acuta and are the powders just as effective as the tinctures from your experience?

I was taking Hawthorne ran out two weeks ago. People say tinactures are better bc of the fact the hit the. Blood faster. Powders are cheaper on the other hand bit more time consuming mixing em. 20 drops is about the recommended 1/4 tsp of the herb that is recommended by buhner. It seems that I herx or flare ever 2.5 - 3 weeks the I get hit hard for about 10 days and come out of it. Three days before this event both times I have had tollerable days then BAM! I have yet to put together a full month of feeling good.

Sounds like some good progress though! So are you just gonna stick with the current herbs or add back in the Hawthorne? Do you think the Hawthorne or other additional herbs are essential to the protocol?

You just mix the powder and the tinctures together to make a concotion?

I had the same symptoms too (minus tinnitus) when herxing on this protocol. Kudzu root helped the most.

I was not able to detox my way through it as my detox functioning is apparently quite impaired. I had to reduce dosages even after many months into treatment.

I mix mine all toghther and if you are working I put maybe two doeses in a mason jar and fill it to a level that I know is easy to divide such as four or six oz. I would then drink it down half way and leave the rest in the jar for next dose.

Walking by faith do does one kill more bugs when they are in reproduction? I am going to try Kuduz root. Also, does food digestion create a situation where you reabsorb toxins? Sometimes food is my worst enemy and sometimes its not. My herxes are mainly tinnitus, bad OCD Intrusive thoughts and head pressure. The good newes is that the head pressure in the front of my head is gone. It was real odd for a month it increased and I got super depressed for a week and it left. Just need to get rid of this dam OCD and the nephropathy is also lots more tolerable. Maybe this will be my biggest hurdle?

I have mold toxicity, too, and with that the most potent treatment is cholestyramine taken 30 minutes before meals. It is a bile sequestrant. By taking it 30 minutes before a meal, it is timed to bind toxins when the bile is released so they don't keep getting recirculated. I, unfortunately, was not able to tolerate it and had to stop.

At that time, I was eating a lot and always felt better when eating. I had the feeling that food, especially when eating sufficient fat, helped to bind toxins, too, and carry them out via stool.

I get intrusive thought also. It's kind of like depression and I reminice on the past too much. Could you address my other part of the question? Thank you man👍

I did lnt have funds for Hawthorne or eles I would have taken it. I also am doing the ecgc and milk thistle

Getting my powders from 1stchinneseherbs. Its one the is recommended. I usually go with nuherb brand. i
