Hello my Lyme friends! I'm looking for names of Psychologist's who are familiar with Lyme and conduct Neurocognitive testing. Please feel free to send me a private email with the full name and location if possible. I live in Delaware County, PA and willing to travel to any surrounding states if need be.

I must make this appointment very soon. The more doctor names the better.

Looks like Disability insurance company is going to cut me off because they don't recognize Chronic Lyme after being on antibiotics and them not working.

I might be preaching what you already know ? :You need to break it down to symptoms names that they understand. Lyme means nothing to them. Anxiety , depression, memory loss, arthritis , insomnia ect. Any Dr should be able to do that. Or did you try that route? I'm not from east coast , so cant help with Dr names.

I did this same thing in a different part of the country as plan B if I could no longer work. I changed jobs instead and maintained similar livable income.

I will send you a name of an llmd in Maryland if that will help I believe he has someone in his practice that can help with this.

I dont have personal experience but have heard others speak highly of his practice.

are you represented (by a lawyer) in your disability claim? if this is STD, or LTD insurance from work then maybe you want to lawyer up. the disability insurance lawyers understand lyme and get benefits for their clients.

I haven't used them, but I tried to setup a appointment to chat with these people once.
