It's beyond me why someone would come on to a forum and state ideas that would crush someone's hope. It's about tone. Sure, there may not be a cure. But lyme has lived in harmony with our immune systems forever. We can get our bodies back that state again. But gloomy talk doesn't help anyone.

it is not a theory. It is what happens to immune the system. It is a fact backed up by scientific paper.
Why dont you go and read the 100 of papers published in the past 50+ years on lyme.

Why does it bother you so much that is compared to AIDS. i tell you why because you suddenly realize the magnitude of the disease that can be 100 diseases.
We all must treat this total immune mess because is the only way we have. Also as I said previously not everyone immune function is supressed at tge same level. And it is INCURABLE. And that is where lyme victims should really get pissed off at the CDC. 100 people demonstrating in Atlanta it a deplorable number of people. But guess what if more people would understand exactly what is lyme then maybe there will be more interest in action.
The amount of ignorance and confusion the CDC has purposly created should be punished. These people are criminal.

side comment on Dr. Rawl....I even bought his book.....it works like this.....you have someone getti g better from lyme who is an MD and they come up with some protocol you must pay for. He is one of tge many fine examples of the lucreative opportunities of this disease. Always follow the money trail.
Like I said, not everyone immune function will be brutally jeopardized. You might be within the 25%-40% of the population who respond to lyme treatment and apparently does not have relapses.
