I just updated my meds/supps schedule after a recent visit to Doctor. I'm hoping that someone with more experience can have a look at it to make sure I'm doing things properly. I'm feeling pretty rotten, probably due to herxing?? Achy spine, sore glands, fatigue and low energy, basically lots of inflammation. Been trating properly since December. When am I going to start feeling better? I have a 10 year old daughter who needs me. I constantly feel like I'm letting her down.......I digress. Onto the schedule below.
With breakfast: mepron, zithro, valtrex, synthroid, cytomel, nystatin, glutathione, taurine, vit c and d, zinc, trace minerals, minerals, magnesium
90 minutes later: 1 packet cholestyramine in water
2 hours later: acz nano sprays
20 minutes later with lunch: nystatin, magnesium, fish oils, cytomel
20 minutes before supper; acz nano sprays
with supper; valtrex, zithro, mepron, nystatin, glutathione, taurine, minerals, magnesium
90 minutes later: chlorella
2 hours later: probiotics
BEFORE BED: LDN, testosterone, trazadone, effexor, progesterone
I also do dry skin brushing/epsom salt baths and light exercise when I can manage it. Clean diet with the occasional sugary treat (gluten and dairy free of course.)
I have a FIR sauna but can't tolerate the heat right now. Any feedback would be helpful. I went for a 8am and 4pm cortisol test yesterday. Doc thinks that might account for my lead blanket bone deep fatigue.
