I have read Stephen Buhner's book and would like to make my own tick repellant.
I cannot find Rhododendron tomentosum or Ledum palustre essential oil for the life of me.
There are other Ledums out there: Ledum groenlandicum but I do not think that is the same thing.

Can anyone help?

I emailed Mr. Buhner and here is his response:

"Rhododendron groenlandicum will work nearly as well"



I have not yet purchased and concocted the repellent (been busy ramping up on the core protocol herbs), but thought I'd put this out there.
