The only pharmaceuticals I've done are LDN and two 5 day courses of Alinia. I chose the alternative route after consulting a doctor friend of mine who luckily finds merit in alternative therapies. As I stated above, I have only been targeting bartonella; although, a couple of things on my list would target Lyme as well.
Herbs: Beyond Balance TOX-EASE-GL and MC-BAR1; Nutramedix Samento (very slow build on all of these)
Too many vitamins and supplements to list: tumeric, vit D and C, fish oil, multi, potassium/magnesium booster, the Bs, various liver and thyroid support, iodine, iron...etc.
IV treatments: ozone, UVLRx, Essentiale
Detox: alternate days between epsom salt baths and NIR sauna, lemon water, daily walks (started slow and short because I felt like I was going to fall over, now at about
2.5 miles), stretching. I only resorted to Alka-Seltzer Gold and charcoal a few times.
Diet: no added/refined sugar, no gluten, very limited dairy, no beef, no pork, daily peppermint tea with manuka honey. Probiotic every morning about
an hour before I eat anything.
Acupuncture: this primarily focuses on calming my head and sinus/facial pressure
I stay on a pretty strict sleep schedule, nap when my body says I need to and I no longer push limits on anything. I now have a very low heat tolerance (not good in central Texas), so I've had to learn to work around that when it comes to yard work, or really anything outside.
Those are the highlights. I asked both my LLND and LLMD for help with my eyes, but neither knew what to do for that other than to treat the underlying cause. Which most of the eye issues have resolved. The day I don't have floaters and tinitis is the day I'll declare I'm fully in remission.
I forgot glutathione. I use topical every day. I did a long stint of nasal as well, but I've backed off of that to see if I've stabilized on the sinus pressure (which is what it helped the most). And I forgot ENT and DDS probiotics. I alternate between those.
